There's this cool site if you wanna find any Web 2.0 site called Go2Web20.net. The site organizes things according to tags; such as, if you look up the word Video you will find sites like Youtube.com or sites like Lifelogger.com. You can look up more sites then just one's that deal with video, they also keep updated on the newest Web 2.0 sites available.
